HEATHER POINT is in need of a good neighbor to remove debris from 293 Princess Blvd. This is the home used as a show house during development of the community

DRIVE RESPONSIBLY

Spring and summer bring longer days and more outdoor activities. The school year may not have officially ended but many children are playing outside and enjoying the warmer weather. Please observe the speed limit signs and SLOW DOWN as you enter the community.

The last day of school for students in the Jefferson  County System is May 24, 2012.
The last day of school for students in the Birmingham City System is May 30,2012.

Registration for the Summer Reading Program at Pinson Library begins May 21, 2012

Quarterly Homeowners Meeting

Neighbors,

The Easter holiday was beautiful.  Hope all enjoyed their day with family and friends. 

There is a delay for the 1st Quarter Homeowners Meeting.  I will let you know via email when the Homeowners Board Members will have the first meeting for homeowners in 2012.

On site inspection report for covenant violations was submitted to the board April 3, 2012.  Please remember that our covenant states that all garbage cans must be put up where they cannot be seen.  They must be removed same day after the garbage is picked up.  Misc toys and other things cannot be stored on front porch or in the front of your home.  Grass must be cut accordingly.  Violation letters will be sent to all homeowners who do not comply to the rules & regulations.

Again, if you feel you need to address anything to the Association, please do not hesitate to email the homeowners association at heatherpointe@gmail.com or mail to the PO Box.

Feb 15, 2012
$50.00 Late Charge applied to accounts that did not meet deadline date.  2nd notices will be mailed.  Please address this 2nd notice as soon as possible.  Your neighbors are counting on your obligation to the Homeowner Association to keep the operation of all services in 2012.

On site inspections will continue in 2012.
Any homeowner aware of violations can contact slgaddy@bellsouth.net or heatherpointe@gmail.com.  House #, date, time and the covenant violation will be needed to address the violation, pictures are also helpful.

1st Quarter Homeowner Board Meeting will be in the month of March.  More information to follow.

Be aware of your surroundings at home and in your travels.  If you see anything unusual contact your local police .
