Cars repeatedly parked on what once was a front lawn.
While your property is yours, constant parking on the lawn creates bald spots and puddles that create an unattractive blighted appearance . Section 2.7, 6 Heather Pointe Covenant

Son and Daughter Day

When : Always August 11th
Son and Daughter Day is a day to spend with your children. After all, your son and daughter are the joy of your life. We hope that everyone reading this has the opportunity in their life to see these joys born and raised happily, and successfully.
Today is a great day to spend with your son and daughter. It's not a day of gift giving....except for the gift of time. If your son and daughter are still young and live at home with you, be ever aware that time goes by quickly. So, spend as much of today and everyday in their company.  From: Bizarre and Unique Holidays

INDEPENDENCE DAY

Independence Day, commonly known as the Fourth of July, is a federal holiday in the United States commemorating the adoption of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776, declaring independence from the Kingdom of Great Britain. (wikipedia)

July 4th conjures up visions of cookouts, water sports, fireworks and heat. The oppressive heat has caused much of outdoor vegetation to become dry. The rain of July 2nd didn’t provide enough saturation to guard against the potential of grass and brush fires. Exercise caution during your holiday activities. (reprinted from a previous post)
